Payment 

Payment is made at checkout by credit card, Paypal or Afterpay.

Freight

Freight charges will be calculated and added to your invoice. Freight charges are calculated based on weight of your total order. 

Australian Orders 0 -1 kg        -  $10 

Australian Orders 1 kg -5 kg    - $15

Australian Orders 5 kg-15 kg   -  $20

Australian Orders 15 kg- 20 kg  -$25

Australian Orders 20 kg - 25 kg -$30

Australian Orders  25 kg- 30 kg - $35

Australian Orders  30 kg- 35 kg  -$50 

International Orders 0 -10kg   -  $30

International Orders 10 kg - 30kg  - $50

International customers can select Express Shipping with the $25.00 additional fee already added to calculated freight charges. Please note express posted orders are more likely to be stopped at customs and charged tax if over the recipients countries tax threshold.

Minimum Order
Unless otherwise agreed, wholesale orders are a minimum of $1000 AUD. Minimum spend for reorders is $500 AUD. This maybe negotiable depending on prior agreement with wholesale customer care team. 

Refund/Cancellation policy
We do not provide a refund or exchange for change of mind, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty or not true to design we will replace the goods or issue a credit depending on the circumstance.

Please contact us at sales@arnhem.co and include your order number, reason for the return, images (if applicable) and replacement items (if applicable).

Once the item/s have been received we will arrange the replacement item/s or credit your wholesale account. We endeavour to process returns as soon as they are received but please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of the replacement or store credit once processed.

Unfortunately, we do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. Arnhem is not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
